Picture this - the yearbook project is complete and the books are in your possession. They look fantastic.
Now you need to distribute the books. You need to get them to the families and out in the community.
Distribute at Closing Day Ceremonies or via Team Banquets
Most leagues plan a distribution event. If you have a Closing Day Ceremony, that works great. Teams can pick up their books at that time. Some leagues even schedule autograph signing sessions to create engagement with the books.
Team banquets are also a great way to distribute the books. If this is the method you use, then try to have coaches or team parents pick up the books at a common site during a set time limit. This plan reduces the workload for the volunteer. Package the books into the approximate number of players per team. Have coaches or team volunteers pick up the books when they pick up the trophies and distribute them at team banquets.
